Foot Mechanics & Pilates-Based Exercises - Learn to promote health in all 26 bones and 57 joints of the feet including functioning of the arches through self-mobilisation using mini props. Explore Pilates methodology for the lower leg chain with specific exercises. Ideal for addressing conditions associated with the foot and ankle complex whilst improving gait in studio classes.
Pilates & The Mini-Ball - A unique Pilates inspired mat session using the mini-ball for resistance, stability and support. Exercises will be performed in supine, prone, side-lying and seated. An excellent source of new exercises for your repertoire.
Stretch for Length and Strength - An insight into how the muscles are affected by the nervous system. The most common problematic areas are uncovered using both passive and non-passive methods. Suitable for implementation into a studio environment.
