Fit4Training have recently secured a fantastic new venue for our fitness instructor and personal trainer courses based in the heart of East Sussex.
The East Sussex National Golf Resort and Spa is a 4* hotel based in Uckfield, East Sussex within 20 miles of Brighton and Crawley. They have a fully equipped gym with 50 stations and free weights supplied by Technogym.
We will initially be running the Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Pilates Matwork, and the Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy qualifications from early 2016, although we are taking bookings now so students can commence their initial elearning straight away.
We also hope to launch our Exercise to Music course at the East Sussex National from Easter 2016.
