"After having a stroke in 2011, I felt very let down with the Stroke Care Pathway, and help with rehabilitation was non existent. I was housebound for 4 months and with my previous gym knowledge I developed my own fitness program. After 4 months, I was able to return to the gym and further my recovery.

I decided my future was in Stroke Rehabilitation, and started training towards qualifications I needed. I completed a lengthy Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification at my local further education college, so when looking to progress to a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, I decided to look for a private education company.
I came across Fit4Training during my search. The course took place over a much shorter length of time, compared to what I completed before, but it was very competitively priced. I was a little apprehensive initially, so I arranged to meet with Paul Bailey, who is Fit4Training's Managing Director and lead tutor/assessor.

After speaking with Paul I felt that this Level 3 course was perfect. I felt comfortable with Paul's relaxed attitude, he assured me that my disability would not stop me from getting this qualification, which I needed to further my career.

I attended the course and found it very relaxed, but professionally run. Paul's knowledge was amazing and was taught in a style which made it easy to understand and fun to learn. At no point on this course, was I ever treated differently from any other trainee and I found that quite significant in my recovery.

I passed all the exams first time and qualified as a Personal Trainer!

Sticking with Fit4Training, I committed next to the Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification as I felt this would be an advantage in my future career. Again, this was another professionally ran course, and Paul made a very complicated course easy to understand and I passed first time, again!

In 2014, I qualified in Stroke Rehablitation (Level 4) with the ARNI Institute and I now run a successful ARNI facility in Bromsgrove. I have two trainee who have just completed their exams with ARNI and who also trained with Fit4Training on my recommendation.

I still look to Paul whenever I need advice and he is always available to help solve any problem practically and effectively with knowledge and experience. If anybody is looking to gain and fitness qualification, look no further than Fit4Training for the most effective route to gaining the qualifications you need."**
